Woodbury Days Musical Chair Event

EVENT: Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016

1:30-3:30 p.m. at Ojibway Park (Ball Field #2 near inflatable rides)



We have joined with 5 other local PTA/PTO's to be part of a 2016 Woodbury Days fundraising event. Musical Chair Mania is a 1,000 chair musical chair game and is guaranteed to be fun for the whole family!  This event has the possibility of raising a large amount of money for our school.

Here's what we need help with:


1)  We need more student participants for the day of the event.  The cost is $10 per student.  Participants don't need to be Bailey students. Feel free to invite friends and family!  Participants DO need to fit into one of these 3 categories: PreK-1st grade, 2nd-4th grade or 5th-8th grade. Click here for ticket information: TICKET INFO


2)  We do need 5-10 volunteers from Bailey for the day of the event.  Here's a link to sign up to help (even if you can't help for the full shift, just note the times you can help in the comment field):  VOLUNTEERS



3)  We can still sell more chair sponsorships.  It can be any local business - attorneys, plumbers, bookkeepers, stores, etc.  Ask your friends and family who have connections to businesses!  The cost has now been reduced to $125 per chair (from $250).  Sponsors will have their business name on their sponsored chair and will be announced during the game.  Form can be found below.
